CJA Electrical is a small electrical business based in Rochester, in the heart of the Medway towns. We’re a local, family-run business — small enough to give every job our full attention, but with the experience and qualifications to take on whatever a Kent home throws at us.

What we do

The bulk of our work is EICR testing for landlords, letting agents, and homeowners across Kent. Alongside that, we cover emergency callouts, smoke and heat alarm installation, emergency lighting for HMOs and shared common areas, and the everyday domestic electrical work that keeps a home running — extra sockets, lighting, consumer unit replacements, and small jobs.

Domestic and small commercial work in Kent homes and properties is where we focus.

Where we work

Rochester is the base. From here, we cover:

• Medway — Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Strood, Rainham
• Gravesham — Gravesend, Northfleet, Higham, Meopham
• Maidstone and surrounding villages
• Swale — Sittingbourne, Faversham, Sheerness
• Canterbury — including Whitstable and Herne Bay
• Plus surrounding villages — ask if you’re not sure we cover you

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
• City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations)
• City & Guilds 2365 (Level 2/3 Diploma in Electrical Installation)
